Initial intake only. Do not enter policy numbers, medical information, full claim files, or unnecessary consumer information. Elite requests required sensitive documents separately after the assignment is reviewed and accepted.

Use only the business reference needed to identify this request. Supporting claim documents are collected after review through the approved delivery method.

Public uploads are intentionally disabled. After review, Elite will provide the approved method for transmitting necessary documents. Never email or submit medical records, payment-card data, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or unrelated personal information.

6 Pricing & payment authorization
Mileage is calculated by Elite—not by the requester.

Submit the inspection address first. After a qualified appraiser is selected, Elite calculates the round trip from that appraiser's approved dispatch origin to the inspection location and back. The first 50 round-trip miles are included for standard and rush assignments; approved mileage over 50 is billed at $0.60 per mile.

This is a preliminary pricing summary—not a mileage calculator. Elite matches the assignment to a qualified appraiser, verifies the approved origin and route, then sends the exact written amount required to authorize and dispatch. The $200 carrier flat rate applies only when the verified route is within its 150-round-trip-mile service cap. Approved carrier accounts may use executed rate agreements and approved invoice terms.

7 Authorization

Card data is never requested here. By submitting, you acknowledge the Privacy Notice and Service Terms. Accepted assignments receive a separately hosted payment link or approved-account invoice. The accepted written quote or rate agreement controls.

Payment protection

Clear authorization before work begins.

Private clients

Payment in full before dispatch unless Elite approves other written terms.

New business accounts

After appraiser matching, all approved mileage plus 40% of the accepted base fee is due before dispatch; the remaining base balance is due before report release.

Approved carriers

Executed rate agreement, verified claim or PO, billing contact, credit approval, and active invoice terms.

Rush assignments

Rush availability and the required payment are confirmed in the written acceptance before dispatch. The written acceptance states the confirmed authorization amount after coverage and route review.

Elite pauses new work on overdue accounts. Payment and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written acceptance.
