Submission is a request, not automatic acceptance
Submitting an intake form, business-account inquiry, or network application does not create an appraisal engagement, consulting agreement, employment relationship, assignment acceptance, dispatch, or guarantee of service. Elite reviews scope, coverage, qualifications, availability, pricing, route requirements and payment terms before acceptance.
Private pricing and route review
Client pricing is confirmed privately through an applicable account rate, written quote, route/travel review or other approved terms. Requesters provide the inspection location; Elite keeps a field professional's approved dispatch origin and internal compensation information private. Final customer authorization is confirmed before dispatch when required.
Payments
Where required, Elite may collect a pre-dispatch payment, send a hosted payment request, or issue an invoice under approved terms. Funds collected are payments for services and are not represented as escrow.
Private portals and documents
Accepted assignments may receive a private requester or field-professional portal address together with a separate assignment credential. Credentials must be protected from unauthorized disclosure and must not be placed in public URLs. Users must submit only information reasonably necessary for the assignment. Released deliverables remain subject to the agreed assignment scope and client authorization.
Reports and professional standards
Deliverables are prepared according to the agreed assignment scope, client requirements, applicable law, and any professional standards that apply to that specific assignment. Elite does not make a blanket representation that every service is a real-property appraisal or that every engagement is governed by USPAP.
Network applications
Submitting a network application does not guarantee approval, assignment volume, employment, or compensation. Eligibility may depend on credentials, experience, insurance, agreements, onboarding, tools, territory, availability and assignment-specific requirements. Client billing and field-professional compensation are separate private business records.
