This notice explains how Elite Appraisal & Consulting Services, LLC (“Elite,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and company details, business assignment references, asset descriptions, inspection-location details, billing references, applicant qualifications, coverage areas, professional references, credentials, insurance evidence, signed agreements, tax records, assignment photographs, estimates, and reports. Public application forms do not accept document uploads.
Public intake and secure portals
The public website is intended for preliminary business intake. Do not place policy files, medical information, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, banking credentials, or unrelated consumer information in a public form. Conditionally approved appraisers, requesters, and assigned professionals may receive a private portal address plus a separate assignment credential for specifically authorized records and workflows. Credentials must not be forwarded or placed in public URLs.
Sensitive onboarding records
When collected, W-9s, driver credentials, insurance records, work samples, signed agreements, and signing audit records are handled separately from public application data through restricted administrative workflows. Banking and payout identity information should be provided through provider-hosted onboarding when that feature is activated—not by ordinary email or public form.
How we use information
We use information to review and respond to requests, evaluate coverage and assignments, communicate with authorized contacts, prepare quotes and invoices, coordinate field services, evaluate and onboard appraiser applicants, perform quality control, release authorized deliverables, maintain business and tax records, and protect our operations.
Service providers
Our website uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and may use private object storage for controlled document workflows when enabled. Elite may also use approved signing and payment providers when those services are activated. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing
Elite may share information with service providers, field professionals, clients, facilities, payment processors, professional advisers, or authorities only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, coordinate, perform, bill, protect, or comply with the applicable request and law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, contractual obligations, disputes, accounting, insurance, tax, and legal requirements. Access controls, document review states, file-type checks, activity records, and private storage controls where enabled reduce risk, but no website, email, or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
